Hice un pedido hace una semana y por problemas de la compañía aún no me ha llegado, después de llamar por teléfono han resuelto mandarme lo que tienen en stock de mi pedido y enviar el resto más adelante. La respuesta a mi queja fue rápida y amable, pero sinceramente si había problemas de stock la web debería estar actualizada para evitar estos inconvenientes a los clientes. En mi caso, y contra mi voluntad he tenido que utilizar marcas comerciales de pañales y toallitas de bebé para poder esperar al pedido. No estoy muy satisfecha con esto. Añado que no sé en qué fecha recibiré lo que falta.

El pedido lo he recibido perfectamente lo único a destacar en mi opinión son los gastos de envío son bastante elevados cuando puedes comprar esta misma leche en otras tiendas online con los gastos de envio más economicos gracias espero que le sirva de ayuda
