El envío llegó con sólo 1 paquete de toallitas de los 3 que había solicitado. Cuando reclamé a EcoBebés me dijeron que ya habían enviado los otros 2, pero hasta 1 semana después no los recibí! Tuve que volver a escribirles solicitándolos ya que no llegaban, y esperaba que al ser un error suyo lo arreglaran rápidamente realizando un envío 24/48 horas como fue el que pagué, pero algo pasó porque tardó 1 semana y 1 día.

Todo muy bien. La entrega no fue a mi domicilio. No se porque pero el paquete lo dejaron en un punto de recogida. Por suerte lo tengo cerca de casa y pude ir a recogerlo sin problemas. Aún así, El producto perfecto!

El envío tardó muchosimo, nada de 24h como indican, además de que los gastos de envío son muy elevados.
La atención al cliente pesima, les mande un email y ni se han molestado en contestar.
No volveré a comprar aquí.
