El envío ha sido rapidísimo y la atención al cliente muy buena también, ya que tenía unas dudas y me las resolvieron inmediatamente.

La pega es respecto a la botella, venía un poco sucia, como con polvo.

Nos alegra que haga este comentario que así servirá para otros clientes. Las botellas de cristal se almacenan en grandes cajas paletizadas, con refuerzos y protegidas con rellenos interiores. Algunas partículas y/o virutas de esos rellenos se adhieren en ocasiones a las botellas que llevan la base de silicona (como era su caso) o bien el propio roce con el cartón las ensucia un poco durante el envío. De todos modos suponemos que no habrá sido nada que no haya podido solucionarse pasando un poco la mano sobre la botella. De no ser así por favor háganoslo saber ([email protected]) para revisar este asunto y pasar aviso a nuestro Almacén. Gracias Ana Belén por sus comentarios así como por su opinión y valoración.

Como regalo, un éxito. Como usuaria, totalmente recomendable. Como sugerencia, que las de cristal estuviesen disponibles en dos tamaños. Como objetivo, probar las jardineras o maceteros.

Dentro de la gama de botellas de cristal disponemos de varios tamaños (dede 500ml hasta 1 litro) aunque es cierto que algunos modelos sólo están disponibles en un único volumen concreto.
