Me encanta la máquina, no había cojido nunca una automática y está estupenda, lo que cuando realice el pedido creía haber comprado la alfa smart plus, pero me equivoque y compré la smart simple, también esta muy bien, no la he probado mucho pero lo poco que he utilizado esta muy bien, el envío en menos de 24 horas, la verdad que rapidísimo, bien envalada y la atención telefónica muy completa, me atendió un muchacho y la verdad que súper agradable y resolviendome todas mis dudas, de 10. Volveré a comprar seguro

La máquina está muy bien pero el enhebrador que lleva se ha desviado y no se engancha. Esto ha ocurrido el primer día que la utilicé, por lo que me ha decepcionado un poco. No sé si lleva arreglo o cómo lo podríamos solucionar. Creo que en una máquina de este precio no deberían pasar estas cosas

Todo bien, fenomenal por lo menos hasta el momento de la compra, ahora ya comenté mi pequeña incidencia con el canillero (que se me soltó el tensor del hilo) al mismo tiempo que escribo esto y estoy en espera de respuesta, ya que la máquina lleva en mi poder poco más de una semana no me atreví a intentar solucionarlo yo, sin embargo, he comentado esto con personas más expertas en la costura a maquina y me dicen que es un problemilla común y fácil de solucionar, aún así prefiero esperar a ver que me responden antes de tocar nada o mandarla a algún taller por mi cuenta.
