La gestión de compra es fácil, la atención al cliente bastante buena y el plazo de entrega se cumplió correctamente. Estoy contento con la máquina Singer 4423 ya que cumple mis expectativas, y además el precio me pareció bastante bueno. Recomiendo tanto la empresa como la máquina.

Estimada concepción. Muchas Gracias por su opinión. Aunque la Alfa Practik 5 es una máquina doméstica, tiene muy buen arrastre. Normalmente, puede coser géneros gruesos como vaqueros, "lonetilla", cuero normal. Su problema puede deberse a varios motivos (tensión, tipo de aguja, etc...).
