estoy encantada con el trato recibido por su parte. En todo momento, he estado asesorada, tanto telefónicamente, como por mesenger de su pagina web.
Todos mis pedidos a partir de ahora, se lo haré a ustedes.
Por cierto, quería preguntarles, si con la compra del bastidor que he comprado, no entran los imanes, para tensar más la tela a bordar?
En cuanto al envio, no muy bien. La oficina está justo delante de mi casa, y me llamaron, para que yo fuera a buscarlo.
Después de ir, y esperar una hora, les dije que yo había pagado para que me lo enviaran a casa, y me dijeron que no me habían obligado a ir a buscarlo que ellos lo llevaban, pero ya tenía que ser dentro de dos días!!!! (y sólo es cruzar la carretera). Así que me esperé otra media hora más, y me lo dieron.
Con el producto estoy muy satisfecha
