La verdad nunca había trabajado con esta marca de máquinas de coser. Y llevo bastante tiempo cosiendo. Estoy encantada tanto con las prestaciones que tiene como con el servicio, la rapidez de la gestión y la entrega. Definitivamente la recomiendo.

Estoy muy contenta en todo la maquina una maravilla..pero tengo que aprender muchas cosas aún me viene una chica muy agradable que lo principal de manejo y alguna cosilla mas me venia bien y ahora tambien practicar mas y mas hasta manejar bien y ya ponerme a mis proyectos...la atención de ustedes muy buena..entregan todo como dicen ahora estoy pendiente que me acepten un credito para regalar a mi hijo una bicil electrica estoy pendiente que cetelem me lo avepte pagar a mensualidades si no no podré...y lo are mas alante y por supuesto con ustedes...un cordial saludo.

Envío super rápido al día siguiente tenía la máquina en casa, y la atención al cliente excepcional resolvieron mis duda muy amablemente y si hay alguna duda o problema una vez ya recibida la máquina también te ayudan.
Así que recomiendo comprar en esta tienda y les doy un 10 en atención al cliente

Encantada con esta máquina de coser, no hace casi ruido tiene muchas funciones y libro de instrucciones, que la última que tuve no llevaba, no soy muy experta en costura y no me ha costado mucho aprender a utizarla.
Respecto a la tienda os recomiendo comprar aquí, resolvieron mis dudas muy amablemente y si tienes alguna duda o problema después de tener la máquina siempre puedes consultarles.
Así que estoy muy contenta un 9 a la máquina y un 10 por la atención al cliente.
