Hola, reciénteme he realizado una compra de una máquina de coser Patrick 9 de la que quiero comentar que estoy encantada, es perfecta para hacer cualquier cosa, arreglos, coser vaqueros, yo que soy principiante me ha venido genial, no he tenido ningún problema en utilizarla, es facilísima, y además preciosa, hace poquísimo ruido, la recomiendo 100% , pedí el pack con la funda y de regalo te dan bobinas, que vienen muy bien. Quiero destacar que la funda es perfecta, encaja con la Patrick perfectamente, porque tuve dudas por algún comentario negativo, y os puedo decir que me fie del comercial Daniel, que fue quien me atendió, y me aseguro que la funda era para ese modelo, y así fue, al llegar si es verdad que venia por un lateral agujereada, y Daniel lo solucionó al dia siguiente, mejor que Amazon!!!! Quiero dar la enhorabuena al equipo por su profesionalidad!!!

No puedo estar más contenta con el servicio prestado.
Siempre súper atentos y amables y eso se agradece.

La primera innovis me la compré en máquinas Dioni, y no he repetido por la mala atención al cliente, ya que ni responden a los emails ni a las dudas ni nada de nada.

Y electro365 tiene los mismos precios que ellos pero con una excelente atención al cliente, por eso me decidí por ellos para adquirir mi Segunda Brother innovis.

Muchísimas gracias por todo, os pienso recomendar a todo el mundo

Llevo unos días usandola y estoy muy contenta.
Hay varias cosas que al no haber usado nunca no estoy sacando mucho partido, pero sera cuestion de tiempo y dedicacion.
