La entrega fue super rapida de un dia para otro. Muy buena atencion por telefono ya que me aconsejaron muy bien y me aclararon todas mis dudas. Es la segunda vez que compro y no dudaria en volver a comprarles. Totalmente recomendable por servicio y precios.

Muy contenta con la compra. La atención telefónica magnifica ofreciéndome asistencia profesional sobre las dudas que tenia de los productos que me interesaban. La maquina alfa Practika 9 funciona muy bien.
Rapidez en el envio.
A mejorar la empresa de transporte ( tuvimos que ir a recogerlo al almacén porque de lo contrario se retrasaba la entrega en el domicilio). Por lo demás todo fenomenal

La maquina es escelente , faltaban algunas cosas ,defecto de fabrica , enseguida se pusieron en contacto con migo , para enviarme lo que me faltaba , un trato escelente, la empresa de envió ,es el gran problema , entregan cuando quieren ,sin previo habido y eso que fue una exigencia llamarme antes de entregar, encima me hizo buscarlo por el pueblo con mi coche , para que me entregase , lo que la tienda me envió. El comportamiento de los repartidores de la empresa de paqueteria ,es la única queja que tengo .

Con respecto al envío; si, es cierto que a pesar de poner en las indicaciones que se llame al cliente antes de entregar, muchos repartidores hacen caso omiso a esta nota.
