Trato inmejorable. La verdad es que dudaba en comprar la máquina de coser por internet pero al final fue todo un acierto. Tuve un problema con la máquina y Dani me lo solucionó todo rápidamente. Un trato muy cercano.Respuesta y ayuda rápida,

La caja de canillas está bien, en mi caso venía de regalo, y siempre vienen bien cuando estás cosiendo y la cambias por otra sin tener que parar a rellenar una, ya que puedes tener varias con varios hilos de colores.
Son muy bonitas y se adaptan bien a la máquina.

La atención muy buena, enseguida me llamaron e informaron de todo, destaco la amabilidad que tienen y como se preocupan de que todos los datos sean correctos para el envío.
El envío súper rápido, la compre por la mañana y al día siguiente ya la tenía en casa.
El producto una pasada! Cose muy bien, con diferencia de otras que probé. Además tiene un manejo muy sencillo.
Recomiendo la tienda y la máquina 100%.

La máquina funciona fantásticamente y la persona que la utiliza está encantada con ella. Es robusta y muy bonita, relación calidad/precio estupenda. Muy fácil de usar y con todos los accesorios necesarios para empezar a coser. Un 10: recomendaría la compra sin duda.

La máquina era para regalar. La he comprado con un par de semanas de antelación, por lo que me preocupaba que, si no le gustaba a la persona a la que iba destinada, se agotase el plazo para cambios y devoluciones. Lo comenté antes de comprarla con atención al cliente y fueron muy amables. Me tomaron nota para que el plazo para cambios y devoluciones se iniciase el día en que tenía previsto realizar el regalo, así que ya no tenía de qué preocuparme. Un 10 tanto en el envío como en la atención al cliente.
Al final no ha sido necesario devolverla ni cambiarla, porque la máquina funciona fantásticamente y la persona que la utiliza está encantada con ella. Es robusta y muy bonita, relación calidad/precio estupenda. Otro 10: recomendaría la compra sin duda.
