Totalmente recomendable (ya lo he hecho) un trato excelente, rapidez de entrega y un trato humano (que en algunos otros sitios se echan de menos) cuando si tiene cualquier duda o problema te llaman por teléfono para aclarar o solucionar lo que sea. Creo que volveré a comprar.

Aun no la he abierto por que es un regalo, pero estoy segura que estara genial, la atención y el servicio me han parecido de lujo he quedado encantada, han sido super rapidos y con una atención exquisita, sin duda volveré ha comprar aquí. Estoy deseando de poder estrenar mi nueva maquina de coser :)

Al principio dude porque no había oído hablar de esta empresa pero los comentarios me ayudaron a decidirme. El pedido decía que lo recibiría en 24 horas pero como compre el Black Friday pensé que no de coña. Pues lo pedí la madrugada del jueves a las 12;30 y lo recibí el sábado a las 12:00 de la mañana así que perfecta. Ya la he probado y va perfecta aún no he contactado con ellos por lo que no puedo opinar del trato.

¡¡¡Chapo!!! por el servicio de ASM, la entrega al dia siguiente con la particularidad que era sábado, no abren las oficinas pero si hacen reparto. Por Electro365 la atención ha sido estupenda y atendiéndome en varias consulta que tenia sobre la maquina.

De momento estamos tratando de ajustar los pespuntes y encarrilar un poco el sistema de ojales; la maquina perfecta fácil de entender pero, no estamos acostumbrado a estos ajustes y nos cuesta un poquito, pues nuestra anterior maquina es la superautomatica Alfa 1680 y es toda mecanica.
