El modelo compakt de ALFA ha conseguido una relación óptima entre las dimensiones de la máquina y las de la ventana, reduciendo el ancho del árbol. Este modelo 500E PLUS es muy potente y tiene muy buena estabilidad, que es lo que necesita una máquina de coser, aunque no sea para uso profesional. A quien dude entre el modelo 100 y este otro aconsejo que compare detenidamente las prestaciones: por un poco más de peso y el doble de dinero se consigue un artículo que no resiste la comparación con el otro, y que, sin embargo, es igual de fácil de manejar.

No he tenido ocasión de valorar la atención al cliente porque conocía el artículo y porque el paquete me llegó de forma inmediata y totalmente satisfactoria (con una posibilidad de seguimiento del envío y de acomodo de la entrega). Estoy muy contenta. Compré una maquina de coser que se ofertaba con un costurero de regalo. Recibí a los 2 días la maquina en perfecto estado y avisé de la falta del costurero. Resolvieron la incidencia informándome en cada paso del proceso y al dia siguiente tenía el costurero en casa.

Me encanta la máquina es un 10 va perfecta y es muy bonita la funda se ve buena muy resistente, muy ligera y es perfecta para transportarla y el costurero que obsequian los hilos no son nada buenos para la máquina solo sirven para dar cuatro puntaditas a mano, las tijeritas ni cortan el dedal parece de juguete, ya sé que es un obsequio pero al ser un regalo que va con la marca alfa esperaba algo un poco mejor. La atención al cliente hable con un chico súper amable y el envío perfecto
