Podría saber como hago la gestión de devolución, a mi madre no le ha gustado el regalo , y sobre todo porque la maquina arranca el HILO a cada rato. Espero vuestras instrucciones para proceder a la devolución .

Muchas Gracias por tu opinión. Seguramente es un problema de tensiones. . Rogaría que alguna de las dos, os pusierais en contacto con el Dpto. Si hubiera una avería no tendremos problema en cambiar la máquina, cambiar de modelo o incluso solicitar la devolución. Gracias de antemano.

Buenas tardes, con el envío realmente fue penoso, tuve que pedir permiso a en mi trabajo para llegar antes de las 16:30 pm porque el mensajero no podía entregar más tarde el paquete, y resulta que salido antes de mi trabajo y cogiendo taxi para llegar a tiempo el mensajero se presentó a las 18:45pm, por ello no recomiendo la mensajería por falta de seriedad.
La atención al cliente fue excelente por parte de Daniel.
