Hola Lorena. En primer lugar agradecerte tu opinión. Como bien sabes, el producto tenía una entrega estimada de 2-3 días. Lo que ocurrió en tu caso es que este accesorio se envía desde el almacén de Brother en Valencia y este estaba cerrado por las fiestas locales (Fallas) durante 2 días. Te estuvimos llamando para comentarte la incidencia pero no cogías el tlf, por lo que te lo comunicamos por mail. En la dirección de entrega solo se podía entregar por la tarde, una vez comunicado nos pusimos en contacto contigo para solucionarlo. Espero que este retraso, no sea motivo para seguir confiando en nosotros. De nuevo te reitero las gracias por tu opinión. Esto nos hace mejorar cada día.

He comprado recientemente una Alfra Style Up 40 y es una maravilla de máquina para las principiantes, super fácil de usar y robusta. La tienda me envió la máquina enseguida, a las 24horas
El servicio de venta estupendo; te atienden muy bien en la valoración de productos y el servicio postventa inmejorable, te ayudan en todo y el servicio multicanal que tienen es muy acertado, hasta te mandan videos via watsapa/mail para facilitarte las dudas. Recomiendo mucho este sitio!!

La máquina es una pasada y el servicio inmejorable, tuve problemas con la compra por la web y contactaron a los pocos minutos conmigo para ofrecerme todas las facilidades. Tuve el producto en casa en apenas 2 días eligiendo la franja horaria de entrega. Superecomendable!!!!
