Un placer comprarles, respuestas casi inmediatas a todas las preguntas; ha sido como ir a una tienda pero sin los inconvenientes. El producto sólo lo he probado por encima: hace muy poco ruido, el pedal va muy suave y es muy controlable y de lujo la función de enhebrado automàtico cuando como yo has perdido mucha vista. En contra q no me he salido en hacer los ojales ni en uno ni en cuatro pasos, serà cuestión de practicar.Y el manual de instrucciones demasiado escueto y básico, no da explicaciones de como conseguir toda la cantidad de puntadas y funciones que dicen que tiene. Ya tengo mi proveedor recomendable

Hola Mónica. Los precios de la web vienen muy claros y es imposible cobrar de más. Creo que en tu caso, te pusiste en contacto con nosotros para solicitar un descuento para tu máquina. Te aprobamos un descuento de 10€, pero no la compraste. Días más tarde, compraste la máquina sin contactar antes con nosotros, para poder facilitarte un cupón de descuento. Por lo que sino añades el cupón de descuento en tu carrito, la web cobra el precio que tiene marcado.
Además, nos pusimos en contacto contigo para que nos facilitaras un nº de cuenta para poder transferirte 10 € en concepto del descuento que no añadiste.
Seguimos a la espera de que nos facilites la información. Por último lugar, quiero agradecer tu opinión, esto nos sirve para seguir mejorando. Gracias.

La atención por internet perfecta. Los vídeos que figuran en la página web son muy oportunos para los usuarios que por primera vez (mi caso) manejan una máquina de coser. El funcionamiento del enhebrador automático hay que mirarlo en el libro de instrucciones. A la velocidad que lo hace no consigo ver cómo introduce el hilo dentro de la aguja. ¡Milagro!
El manejo es muy fácil para torpes. Las posibilidades son infinitas. Muy buen producto!
Muy satisfechos.
Mi señora ya está matriculada en un curso de costura.
