Muy satisfecha con la compra aunque no he tenido mucho tiempo para probar la máquina: Alfa style 40 up. La profesionalidad y amabilidad de Daniel en el teléfono del contacto hizo que la compra fuese súper fácil. El sistema y seguimiento de entrega me parece inmejorable. El producto llegó en perfecto estado y puntual.

Todo perfecto. Una gozada se servicio. Hice un pedido de dos maquinas de coser y en seguida me llamaron para verificarlo, ya que podía haber sido un error mio y haber añadido dos por confusión. En dos días las tenía en casa y con la facilidad del pago contrareembolso. Un 10 !!!

Todo muy bien y súper rápido, no le pongo el maximo porque el producto aunque iba cerrada su caja,tenia algo de polvo en algun rincón,lo que hace que no parezca nuevo aunque lo sea. En lo demás,rápido y sin queja, aún tengo que probar más la máquina,pero contenta con la elección porque soy principiante y supera con creces mis expectativas, y el precio muy bien respecto a otras webs.

Si tuviese q volver a comprar otra máquina de coser sin duda la volvería a comprar aquí. Es la primera vez q me dan un servicio tan impecable. Al día siguiente ya tenía la máquina en mi casa. Llame por un problemilla y solucionado al momento. Muchas gracias a Daniel por el trato recibido. También comentar q he comprado la Alfa Smart+y la recomiendo 100% nada que ver con las otras máquinas q he probado.

Encantada y agradecida por el servicio de Electro365, tanto por su facilidad de gestionar pedido, como su eficacia y rapidez a la hora de registrarlo y enviarlo. Fue mi regalo de cumpleaños y estoy encantada. La Style 40 es una buena máquina de coser doméstica para empezar en la costura. Me decidí por ella después de ver mucha información y opiniones de otras usuarias. La compré en Electro365 porque está mejor de precio. La atención por parte de Daniel fue estupenda. Me resolvió dudas y me contestaba a mis mails a razón de unos minutos, y eso, no lo hace nadie. Todo el proceso fue correcto y seguro. Es de confianza. Volvería a comprar otra vez sin dudarlo.
Lo recomiendo al 100%
