"Lo mismo que con la máquina el envío fue muy rápido, pedí la maleta y unos accesorios y al día siguiente a las 12:15 h ya la tenía. La maleta es lo mejor para mantener la NeXT 45 limpia de polvo etc... En el pedido se me olvidó incluir unos prénsatelas y llame por teléfono, Daniel ""muy amable"" solucionó el problema de la forma más sencilla."

Envío súper rápido, la pedí un lunes y el martes por la tarde ya la tenía en casa y a un precio inmejorable respecto a otras páginas web. Os recomiendo a electro365 a al 100%. La NeXT 45 era un regalo para mi hija, no había cosido nunca a máquina a pesar de tener una antigua en casa, muy sencilla completa y no hace mucho ruido, enseguida se puso a trabajar con ella y está muy contenta. Excelente

En mi caso, conocía de antemano la máquina que quería comprar porque es la que usamos en el taller de costura. La compra ha sido rápida, sencilla y 100% segura. Lo organizaron todo para que la máquina me llegara cuando les había pedido, informándome en todo momento. Totalmente recomendable!!!

Encantada tanto por el trato recibido por parte de la tienda como con la máquina. Comprar online en esta web ha sido como hacerlo en el comercio de toda la vida , le pregunté mis dudas por teléfono y me asesoraron perfectamente. Sobre la máquina , es estupenda. Llevo casi un año con ella y no podría estar más contenta , cumple todo lo que promete y además es silenciosa. La única pega que le veo , y deberían mejorar los señores de ALFA , es que la máquina viene sin prensatelas de cremalleras , y por mucho que busco no lo he encontrado a la venta por menos de 45€ , así que es algo a tener en cuenta. Y bueno , sobre el precio , inmejorable. Transporte genial , todo perfecto. Un servicio de 10

Le envie un correo preguntando si teniamos derecho a unas clases de aprendisaje de la maquina y hasta hoy no he recibido respuesta por lo tanto no hemos usado la maquina todavia y esto me impide hacer una opinion de su funcionamiento , espero una respuesta . Gracias

Buenos profesionales. Te explican y asesoran. Buen servicio, y muy rápido. Precios muy competentes. Y la maquina en cuestión, me ha parecido una delicia. Tiene todo tipo de funciones que hacen que tengas ganas de usarla a todas horas. Reseñar, que tuve una incidencia poco común con respecto al embalaje de fabrica del producto, y en pocas horas la resolvieron de forma muy amable y dándome a elegir varias soluciones. Quedé muy satisfecha con el trato, y con su profesionalidad. Recomendaría esta web sin lugar a dudas.
