altamente satisfecha tanto con el producto como con la venta. Me ayudaron a resolver mis dudas a traves del chat de la web, y no intentaron venderme lo mas caro, sino q me dieron alternativas mas economicas y parecidas a lo q yo buscaba. Estuvimos conectados durante el proceso de compra y todo fue muy bien. En dos dias la maquina en casa. Excelente trato y mejor servicio. Estoy encantada!!!!

Decidí comprar una nueva máquina Alfa, ya que tengo otra automática desde hace unos años también Alfa. Opté por una Alfa 500 compact. La ví, llamé y al día siguiente la estaba estrenando. Es verdad que es una máquina sencilla de utilizar, con unas instrucciones de uso muy prácticas, y con trucos para hacer más eficiente el trabajo de costura.Como pega decir que viene con una cantidad de prensatelas mínima que intentaré mejorar según salga nuevas necesidades y una funda de plástico fino. Y, que tengo que cambiar de mano para subir bajar el prensatelas por lo que me equivoco por el hábito creado al coser con la otra máquina. Por relación calidad/ precio la recomiendo. Y por el servicio y atención recibidos, también.

Buen servicio, en envío llego muy rápido. La máquina fenomenal y el maletín muy cómodo para transportarla. Lo único que eché en falta fue que embalasen la caja de la máquina (mandaron la máquina en su caja por un lado y la funda en otra caja) que llegó un poco maltrecha por el transporte y me gusta guardar los embalajes de este tipo de cosas. Pero en general muy bien, repetiré y recomendaré la página.
