Perfecto como siempre salvo la empresa de reparto con la que trabajan en Valladolid, tourline express, la cual no hay manera de ponerse en contacto y no sabes cuando han venido porque ni te llaman ni te dejan papel de aviso.

No encontramos motivo a tu queja,
Se han cumplido estricta y rigurosamente todos los plazos.
El pedido lo hiciste el día 1 a las 10 y media de la noche fuera del horario comercial, salió el día 2 y lo recibiste el día 3 a las 17:20 horas.
Repito, se han cumplido todos los plazos.

Queremos recodarte nuestras condiciones de compra aceptadas por ti.
El envío será de 24 horas cuando el pedido se realice en día laborable antes de las 13 horas sin contar sábados y domingos. El tiempo de recepción puede variar según destino y no constituye obligación contractual de EDH.
También esto está esto explicado en todas las páginas de configuración de pedidos

Conclusión, aún que el envío gratuito 24 horas no constituye obligación por parte de EDH, en tu caso se cumplió también a raja tabla ese plazo y no entendemos el motivo de tu queja y mala puntuación de nuestra empresa de trasporte.

Perfecto, pero para teles modernas, mi TV Sony bravía de hace unos 10 años lo soporta, pero de vez en cuando se. Ambua la imagen y se pone con colores azules y verdosos.

Hace ya unos cuantos años que estoy con vosotros. Ya de buen principio vi que vendiais materiales de calidad. Nada mas ver el catalogo con estas marcas de calidad, te hacen pensar que la tienda es algo serio. La gran fuerza de EHG esta en el punto calidad-precio. Por otra parte, hay que destacar la relacion con los clientes (de lo mejorcito)
En cuanto al envio, en menos de 24 horas recibia el receptor en casa. (Ademas en perfectas condiciones). Vamos un diez !

El receptor bien protegido en su caja. A primera vista al abrir la caja, te das cuenta de lo importante de esta marca. Receptor bien fabricado, con buena finicion. Todavia estoy trasteando , y creo sinceramente no haberme equivocado en comprarlo. La verdad....de lo mejorcito. Por eso sera la marca puntera de los receptores .

Receptor muy bueno...y sobre todo completo . Vale mas que su precio. Entre otras cosas, la funcion PVR va de fabula. Una imagen verdaderamente full HD. Los cambios de canales super rapidos. Menu y sub- menus facil de entender y manejar para configuraciones y actualizaciones. Bueno, en fin ya sabemos que es REDLINE.
