Muy poco profesionales, ya que el 1º monitor llego con la pantalla rota y nos tuvieron mas de 3 semanas esperando que el seguro de la agencia de transporte se hiciese cargo.
Se hablo personalmente por teléfono y no nos envían otro hasta que le confirmaran que el seguro se hacia cargo, cosa que le dije que sino se hacían cargo que pasaba?. Perdíamos el dinero y el articulo?. No sabia que decirme.....solo que ese era el procedimiento.
después de 4 mail durante las 3 semanas y 21 día después enviaron otro.
Experiencia de atención al cliente MALISIMA.

No volveremos a comprar en esta web.
