Es la segunda vez que hago un pedido de estores. La relación calidad/precio es extraordinaria. Y el servicio de atención al cliente excelente, tuve un problema de medidas y me lo resolvieron. Muy recomendables.

Disculpa. Ha habido un error en mi opinión pensando que era de otro proveedor que estoy a la espera de recibir un paquete.
Totalmente recomendable la atencion y el servicio, ya que como comenta Víctor, hubo un problema de mensajería pero rápidamente tras reclamarlo se pudo solventar, así como la sustitución de un producto que vino erróneo y en 1 día fue enviado el correcto.
Contento con los profesionales que trabajan detrás resolutivos y atentos.

Answer El Hogar de tus Sueños
Hola Gabriel, es cierto que se tardo en entregar su pedido por culpa de la agencia de mensajeria de su zona, pero al final hicimos las gestiones necesarias para que le entregaran el paquete, como le comenté la agencia de mi zona trabaja bien, pero no puedo asegurar que la de toda España funcione igual, ya que son muchas delegaciones con diferentes personas.

Solo me cabe volver a pedirle disculpas y decirle que hice lo que estaba en mis manos para que recibiera el paquete cuanto antes.

La persona con la que siempre he contacto por telefono (Victor) ha sido siempre muy amable y encantador, facilitándome y explicándome en todo momento como proceder para hacer el pedido, me indico todos los pasos ha seguir , me ayudo con el envio y seguimiento del envio, en fin todas mis referencias muy muy buenas.
El store esta muy bien acabado de muy buena calidad y los diseños igual, diseños muy bonitos y originales, para cualquier ubicación desde luego quedan genial, igual que se aprecia en la pagina web, con el mismo realismo.
