Este estor lo han enviado equivocado, la parte de la cadena no está donde la indique, y como me pusieron bastantes complicaciones para descambiarlo por otro más pequeño, por error en la medida de la ventana, decidí quedarmelo, pero al ponerlo nos dimos cuenta que venía mal. Aunque aún no lo hemos colocado, porque no nos convence.

Hola Maria Ángeles, el tema de la cadena fue un error por parte del proveedor, pero se le dio solución para que lo pudiera cambiar usted fácilmente y se le dijo que si no podia le recogeriamos el estor y se lo hariamos nosotros y le volveriamos a enviar el estor.
En cuanto al tema del cambio simplemente eran los costes de los gastos de envio, que como era un cambio por un tema suyo tenia que hacerse cargo, no creo que fuera tanta complicación, ya que le ofrecia hacerlo con mi agencia de mensajeria, pero usted no quiso. En caso de que no le guste el estor puede realizar la devolución, pero los gastos de envio deben correr por su cuenta.
En todo momento se le atendió correctamente y se le intento dar la mejor solución.

Compré 2 estores, uno de ellos lo quise devolver por equivocación en medidas y lo ponían muy complicado y bastante costoso, y al final decido quedarmelo y al ponerlo me doy cuenta que me lo han enviado mal, la cadena para subir y bajar no lo han puesto en el lado que indique, no creo que vuelva a pedir nada más.
