La atención post venta es nefasta. Recibí el paquete sin ningún tipo de protección, llegando parte del contenido totalmente destrozado y el escaso plástico que lo envolvía estaba rajado. De los palos que tenían que llegar solamente había uno, la tapa trasera del cagatió va tan justa que cuesta horrores abrirlo, hay marca de rotulador en el tronco, se supone que venía un cançoner... es un no acabar. Les he mandado varios e-mails y he esperado varias semanas pero no contestan. Curiosamente, antes de hacer el pedido me contestaban a los e-mails en cuestión de minutos aunque fuese sábado o domingo. Me sabe muy mal porque es muy importante apoyar al pequeño negocio y más en estos tiempos, pero cuando el servicio es malo hay que decirlo. Espero que al menos este comentario les sirva para mejorar si quieren mantenerse en unos tiempos que los grandes negocios están devorando a los pequeños.

Buenas Noches Jesús, Seguro que tuvimos todos los fallos que tu dices lo acepto. No intenté disculparme si bien es verdad que te llame tres veces y te pase un correo antes de Navidades y no hubo forma de poder hablar contigo ,ni respondiste a mi email. De haber tenido respuesta te hubiera enviado Tió con todo correcto.
Todavia lo tienes disponible para ti evidentemente sin coste.
Llevo muchos años trabajando y lucho al maximo por que mis clientes queden contentos
