El servicio de reparto es lamentable.
Al menos la empresa de reparto debería asumir sus responsabilidades y no dejar a los clientes por mentirosos.

Buenas tardes.
El servicio de reparto de NACEX deja mucho que desear.
Estuve en mi casa esperando el día que me avisaron y nadie se presentó al reparto.
Yo y mis dos perros estabamos en mi casa, esperando el pedido. Pero ni llamaron al timbre de mi casa, ni se les ocurrió llamar al teléfono. Si hubiesen llamado al timbre mis dos perros se hubieran vuelto locos de ladrar, pero les puedo asegurar que no ladraron en todo el día.
Cuando les llamo para ver lo sucedido me dijeron que si que habían estado en mi casa, pero que el pedido no lo podían traer hasta dos o tres días después.
Creo que el producto que venden exige un reparto de calidad.
Lamentablemente si no prescinden de los servicios de la compañía NACEX no volveré hacer ninguna compra a su empresa.
