Pues estoy muy descontento con la gestión porque entendiendo que estamos en una situación excepcional hace 20 días que hice la devolución de otro fregadero ya que me equivoqué en las medidas (por eso realice este otro pedido) y aun no me han hecho la devolución del importe. Desde la empresa me dijeron hace más de una semana que el fabricante le comenta que tenga paciencia pero yo no creo que sea necesario tanto tiempo para comprobar el paquete y hacer el reembolso del importe. La conclusión a día de hoy es que yo pague dos fregaderos y solo dispongo de uno.

entendemos su descontento pero necesitamos que almacén del fabricante nos confirme que ha dado de entrada el material. Desgraciadamente esto muchas veces no es todo lo ágil que nos gustaría. En este caso concreto la situación se ha agravado por las restricciones llegadas por la Alerta de estado del coronavirus que impide el trabajado en la fábrica.
Lamentamos la situación y estamos pendiente de su caso para darle solución en cuanto nos sea posible.

El grifo parece de la cualidad indicada. Bien empaquetado. Si acaso faltaria un detalle que no hay instrucciones de montaje, pues los flexos van aparte i enroscar en el cuerpo se ve un poco complicado.
Ahora falta ver la durabilidad del conjunto.
