Pagué el 100% del importe de la compra hace exactamente un mes y aún no he recibido el articulo. El plazo de entrega indicado en la web es de 3 a 5 días laborables...

No puedo opinar porque aún no lo he recibido a pesar de haberlo pagado íntegramente hace un mes y eso que en la web señalaban el plazo de entrega entre 3 y 5 días laborables....

Estimado cliente, cuando realizó el pedido el envío estaba establecido en 4 a 10 días laborables, su pedido salió el pasado martes día 9 de enero, tenga en cuenta al ser un pedido grande la mercancía va paletizada y el transporte es un poco lento para que no haya roturas de la mercancía, si nos facilita un teléfono de contacto para el transportista lo comunicaré para que se pongan en contacto y le confirmen hora y fecha de entrega, aunque probablemente cunado lea esto ya sea entregado su pedido.

Igualmente durante la mañana llamaré en persona y para saber por donde se encuentra.

Pese a un malentendido inicial por parte de la agencia de transportes, la empresa se puso en contacto conmigo e hizo múltiples gestiones hasta conseguir que me llegara el producto. Su atención al cliente, inmejorable. El producto es bueno, de calidad.

Aún no lo he recibido. SEUR me dice que han pasado por casa hasta tres veces, pero en los días y horas que indican había siempre alguien en casa, y nadie llamó. Tampoco dejaron ningún aviso en el buzón. La última vez, tras recibir un correo en el que me decían que habían ido tres veces y no encontraban a nadie, les dije que no era cierto. Me dijeron que llamaban al conductor, que aún estaba por la zona, y que ya me llamaría para pasar por casa. Aún sigo esperando...

Estimado cliente. Lamento mucho que no halla recibido su pedido aún. En el historial del envío me sale como usted dice, han ido tres veces pero no han conseguido entregárselo. Voy a hacer las gestiones oportunas para solucionarselo y que le llegue lo antes posible que ya está bien, desde el miércoles tenía que tener su pedido
