El envio no fue a una hora concreta, sino te que me dieron un margen horario de toda una mañana y tuve que permanecer en el domicilio durante toda la mañana pa la recepcion del pedido. Mala gestion por parte de la empresa de reparto.

Answer Gourness
Gracias por su opinión ya que nos sirve para mejorar. Nos gustaría informarle que debido a alguna incidencia con la empresa de transportes con la que le enviamos su pedido decidimos cambiar de compañía de transportes con el fin de mejorar el servicio. Desde el cambio hemos contactado con clientes para que nos comentaran la experiencia y todas han sido positivas, por lo que estamos contentos de haber podido solucionar los inconvenientes causados por la anterior agencia de transportes.

Recogí yo la caja del almacén en Castellón puesto que tenía que pasar por allí mismo, así que no puedo valorar el ENVÍO.
Atención al cliente correcta aunque llegué tarde a la hora de la comida pude recoger el pedido.

Gourness nació en 2009 cuando decidimos hacer de nuestra pasión por los vinos una profesión, decidimos crear una distribuidora de vinos en la que los protagonistas fueran vinos de calidad y proyectos bodegueros que nos emocionasen. Todos los vinos que forma parte del catalogo de Gourness han pasado una previa selección para conocer la historia de cada vino, es decir el paisaje donde se encuentran sus viñas y sobre todo la pasión del bodeguero por elaborar vinos que reflejen la tierra de la que proceden.

Vinos, Personas y Territorio, bajo estas premisas seleccionamos los vinos que encontrarás en Gourness. Es nuestra forma de entender el vino.
