La tienda está bien, precio bien, el envío está dentro de lo normal. la atención puede ser algo mejorable, si un cliente tiene un defecto en el envío no puede estar esperando a que le repongan el producto y que le digan '' como estamos en fallas'' para el cliente eso es transparente.

No volveré a comprar. Me llegaron unas huchas rotas y tal como ellos me indicaron en el albarán de la agencia puse que estaba pendiente de revisar la mercancía. Les avisé de lo que había ocurrido en varias ocasiones mandándoles fotos y a día de hoy (ya ha pasado casi un mes) sigo sin recibir nada.

Me sorprendió recibir la cantidad que había pedido y en perfecto estado, ya que cuando me avisaron por mail que si no firmaba al transportista de correos indicando "pendiente de revisar" y luego encontraba algún desperfecto o faltaba algo, que la empresa no se hacía cargo. Mi sorpresa viene cuando en correos me dicen que esa opción no existe y que el paquete no me lo abren antes de llevármelo. En definitiva, que me temí lo peor: no recibir ni por asomo lo que había pedido. Pero sí y la verdad me gusta mucho
