He hecho el pedido el día 24/08, he llamado por teléfono y escrito un mail para averiguar la fecha de entrega y no me contestan; estoy muy descontenta con el servicio porque no tengo una respuesta. Necesito el pedido como regalos de cumpleaños y no sé nada de él

Me llegaron varios detalles rotos, me puse en contacto con ellos para ver si me los podían restituir y no me volvieron a contestar más, les envíe un par de e-mails y nada, ninguna contestación. No recomiendo a nadie q compre, se arriesgaran a quedar colgados con los detalles.

Mi pedido vino mal, y hablé con una chica muy simpática y m dijo que m lo iban a mandar bien, le dije que tenía 10 días porque era para el bautizo de mis hijos y me dijo que no me preocupara. Han pasado 16 días y el bautizo y nunca ha llegado el pedido... no volvería a comprar...
