El producto se ve bien, es de plástico pero se ve bien acabado, me hubiese gustado más con empeine de madera ya que era un regalo, pero está contento.
Muy bien empaquetado, venia con una notita a mano dentro.
La atención al cliente no la he probado todavía por lo que no puedo valorarla.
