Son unos tíos cojonudos, super atentos. Con el pedido tuvieron el detalle de enviarme un llavero con el logotipo del cocodrilo y lo que más me gustó como cliente, fue que junto al pedido llego una postal escrita a mano agradeciendo personalmente la confianza en sus productos. Estos pequeños detalles, marcan la diferencia.
Los recomendaría a cualquiera que me preguntará por productos y trato al cliente de calidad

Me gusta mucho cómo huele, el olor a mentol se percibe pero no es demasiado intenso, lo cual se agradece ahora que aún se lleva la mascarilla.
La textura hace que sea muy fácil de aplicar y no queden grumos en la barba, cosa que me ha pasado con otros bálsamos que he utilizado anteriormente.
