Desde la atención al cliente para preguntar el tiempo y como era el proceso de envío del producto hasta, una vez recibido el paquete, los detalles... llavero, postal escrita a puño y letra, pegatinas. Mi barbero empezo a usarlo y la verdad que me sorprendió, me fue muy bien. Tengo pelo muy duro con una piel sensible y rápido me salen rojeces. El gel además de hidratar te protege la piel. Muy contento es imprescindible en mis afeitados.

El producto es de calidad, llevo probando muchos bálsamos y aceites y está entre los mejores para mi.
Deja la barba suave pero no grasa, se ve hidratada y brillante (siempre hay que jugar un poco con la cantidad que apliques y la largura de barba que lleves).
Lo que no me ha gustado mucho es el olor... pensé que sería un olor mas fresco y que el pino/madera estaría mas presente...huele como a chicle de menta solamente.
Probaré otros aromas porque el producto es bueno.
