Hice mi pedido y en 24 horas lo tuve en casa, más rápido imposible y todo llegó bien en buenas condiciones, pedí los productos porque era donde más barato salía comparando en varias webs, había diferencia de euros y más comprando varios.
La atención al cliente no hable con nadie, había un WhatsApp pero no me respondieron a una duda, a si que hice el pedido y no tuve ningún problrma,pongo dos estrellas por qué no hable con nadie pero como todo fue genial repetiré fijo.

Sentimos muchísimo que te hayamos dado una atención deficiente y te pedimos perdón por ello. Lo cierto es que recibimos muchos WhatsApps diarios y la herramienta a veces no es la mejor para gestionarlos, y en esta ocasión se nos pasó por alto en el mismos día, y cuando ya quisimos responder, casi dos días después (muy tarde, lo sabemos y nos volvemos a disculpar por ello) ya habías realizado la compra, por lo que imaginamos (equivocadamente) que ya no necesitabas ayuda. Hemos hablado con el operador responsable de la atención al cliente para que esto no vuelva a ocurrir.

Te agradecemos mucho tu opinión pues nos ayuda a mejorar. Esperamos que en otra ocasión estemos más solícitos en darte una respuesta a tiempo.
