Buena atención por WhatsApp.
Tardé 6 días en recibirlo desde que salió de invernadero por lo que las plantas han llegado un poco "estresadas".
Muy bien embaladas.
El servicio de transportes no dio opción de entrega a la tarde.

Estamos buscando más agencias de transporte, aunque nos es un poco complicado, ya que hay bastantes que no desean trabajar con plantas, otras que no podemos pasar de cierta medida o cubicaje... seguimos buscando las mejores agencias para poder trabajar muchísimo mejor y que los clientes queden todavía más satisfechos.

El envio bien. Lo que no corrigieron a pesar de decirme que sí fue la dirección del envio que seguía sin figurar el piso y la letra del domicilio. Me tuvo que llamar el repartdor en la puerta del portal para preguntarmelo. A ver si por favor lo pueden incluir en mi direccion.

La planta vino en perfecto estado, pero tuve la mala suerte de que pedí dos plantas y solo quedaba una, enviándome (previa consulta telefónica) otra de características similares.

Quiero realizar un nuevo pedido: oxalis triangularis y poto neon, pero los gastos de envío me parecen excesivos!

Gracias por su comentario.
Nosotros pagamos la diferencia de los portes, ya que nos cobran un precio más elevado. Estamos buscando agencias de transporte que deseen trabajar con plantas, que nos sean más económicas o por lo menos que no nos cubiquen, ya que nuestro producto cubica más de lo que pesa. Seguimos buscando nuevas agencias de transporte para mejorar.
