Unas estolas super bonitas!!!

Por cierto en el jardín de infancia que trabajo hay clases que se llaman: conejos, caracoles, ranas, delfines, elefantes. Sería posible que tuvieras algun diseño con esos animales? gracias!

Le colis n'est pas arrivé à destination donc très mécontente, bien qu'il y est eu une présence au domicile le jour de la livraison. le colis aurait soi disant été remis à un voisin, j'ai fait le tour du voisinage personne n'en a accusé réception.. affaire qui traîne depuis une semaine et impossible de savoir ou est le colis.......aucune confiance en ce qui me concerne.

Nous avons exigé le justificatif et la signature du bon de livraison au transporteur, celui-ci ne nous a toujours pas communiquer les informations demandées.
Tout comme vous nous sommes déçu du temps passé pour une réponse en théorie simple,et savoir qui a signé le bon de livraison.
Nous vous proposons:
1-.Le remboursement intégral de votre commande
2- L'envoi d'une nouvelle commande (via un autre transporteur comme un point relay Mondial Relay)
Je vous prie une nouvelle fois de nous excuser pour le désagrément rencontré sur votre commande indépendant de votre volonté.

Hola Blanca. Nos ha sorprendido mucho su comentario por ser tan excepcional. La estola es talla única porque se adapta abrochándose con cintas delante y detrás, de forma que se adapta a cualquier morfología. En ello radica el éxito de este producto.

Incluso las modelos que lucen en la fotografía del producto son muy delgadas, y en ningún momento el producto les va enorme.

Compre un gorro infantil de cocinera de color fucsia el 13 de julio , lo necesitaba para un cumpleaños el día 21 , me mandaron un email porque el producto estaba agotado pero que no me preocupase que llegaría a tiempo , el día 17 ( el fin de semana no hay envíos)lo tenía en mi casa.
El tejido , color ..., todo excelente.
Sin duda lo recomiendo 100% , volveré a comprar ahí pronto .
