La empresa MRW con la que hacéis los envíos no me dió opción de entrega por la tarde, a pesar de que en los comentarios puse de entrega a partir de las 6 de la tarde.
Me llamaron dos veces: una a las 11 y al día siguiente a las 12 (lógicamente no se lo pude coger porque estaba trabajando)
A continuación me enviaron un mensaje copia-pega por whatsapp diciéndome que tenía opción de entrega por la tarde, pero cuando fui a contestar al mensaje por la tarde me dijeron que ya no podía cambiar el horario porque había tenido dos intentos fallidos de entrega… que la única opción era ir a recoger el paquete, y no me parece normal habiendo pagado 6,50€ de gastos de envío.
PÉSIMO SERVICIO
De hecho, quería repetir el pedido de algunos productos que tenéis en la tienda pero debido al mal servicio los he comprado en otra página.
