Increíble la velocidad en la atención al cliente con respecto a los comentarios que hice sobre el producto. De verdad que la calidad de atención al cliente debería ser un referente para otras tiendas on-líne.
Con respecto a la valoración del producto ya lo deje claro en mi primer comentario, a mi no me ha funcionado pero no porque el producto sea malo sino porque, tal y como me comentáis en vuestra respuesta, mi problema es que la pintura ya está marcada y seguramente no hay más remedio que pulir. Con repecto a este punto os agradeceria que me aconsejarais, para hacer un último intento antes de mandar pulir, algún tipo productos para pulir a mano de fácil aplicacion.

Hola Rafael,
Hay que distinguir entre manchas de agua y marcas de agua. Si hay cal, el Purifica las quitará y, si no puede con ellas, el Energo las sacará. Si ni el Energo las saca, sí o sí hay que pulir pues la cal habrá erosionado la laca, no queda otra. Puede probar incluso Purifica puro con microfibras por si así salieran, pero si la laca está marcada, hay que pulir.
El Purifica es un jabón increíble y único en su especie.
