Mandaron un aceite con olor, por error, y al darse cuenta rectificaron y me mandaron el aceite sin esencia. Perfecta atención al cliente.

Calidad, no se puede definir de otra manera. Tengo una barba bastante rebelde y dura y con esta marca, Mr. Bear Family, me queda suave y con un tacto esponjoso, además, me encanta el olor tanto del Wilderness, que es el que tengo ahora, como el Citrus o el Woodland.

Pues la atención al cliente genial, con el pedido recibí una nota escrita a mano y personalizada con mi nombre agradeciéndome la compra etc y aunque pueda parecer una tontería pues es algo que se agradece. El pedido envuelto con esmero y sobre el producto en sí, pues que decir de Mr. Bear Family, calidad.

Llevo prácticamente dos semanas usando el producto y ya noto la diferencia en la piel y la barba. He usado otros productos para el cabello con precios similares y ha sido todo un descubrimiento.
