Muy muy mala experiencia, hice el pedido el lunes pasado 29 de julio y estamos a día 6 de agosto y aún no las he recibido y ponía en la página 24/48 horas el envío. No volveré a comprar más en esta página y no se la recomendaré a nadie.

Buenos días Maikel, Entendemos tu malestar y nos disculpamos en la medida de lo posible por este problema generado por la agencia de transportes. Lamentablemente en los envíos realizados los días 29 y 30 de julio, la agencia de transportes ha retrasado más de lo contratado ( 24/48h) las entregas por motivos ajenos a nuestra empresa. Estamos haciendo todo lo posible para intentar resolver estas incidencias, mañaña y tarde, pero no esta en nuestras manos al tratarse de un problema de gestión interna de Correos express. Esperamos que todo quede solucionado a lo largo del día y reiteramos nuestras disculpas. Sin duda, para futuras ocasiones estamos valorando trabajar con otras agencias, pero nunca habíamos tenido este problema. Un saludo

Buenos días Estefanía, Lamentablemente en los envíos realizados los días 29 y 30 de Julio, Correos express quien tiene el compromiso de entrega en 24/48h ha sufrido un problema de gestión interna y nos ha retrasado todos los envíos más de lo contratado. Estamos haciendo todas las gestiones en nuestra mano para intentar resolver estas incidencia lo antes posible y esperamos que queden resueltas en muy breve plazo. Pero no depende exclusivamente de nosotros pues la logística de Correos Express es ajena a nosotros. Te reiteramos nuestras disculpas y seguiremos poniendo todo de nuestra parte para resolverlo con la mayor celeridad. Un saludo

Buenos días David, Correos express nos indica que tu envío ya está en reparto. Deberías recibirlo hoy mismo. Lamentamos el retraso pero Correos Express con quien tenemos contratado un servicio de entrega en 24/48h ha tenido un problema logístico y nos ha retrasado muchos de los envíos. Esperamos que al menos cuando recibas tu pedido quedes satirfecho con la calidad de nuestro producto.Un saludo

Buenos días Manuel. Lamentamos tu malestar por el retraso en el envío. Desafortunadamente se trató de un problema de la agencia de transporte pues tu material salió de nuestras oficinas en el plazo habitual ( cursado el 22/07 salida 23/07). Intentamos hacer seguimiento y valorar la eficacia de las agencias con las que trabajamos pero en ocasiones, y más en estas fechas , nos encontramos con situaciones desagradables como esta. Esperamos que al menos estés satisfecho con la calidad del producto recibido y quedamos a tu disposición para demostrarte que habitualmente nuestro servicio es mucho más ágil y adecuado.
