The shipping took a little longer than I would have liked but we are in the middle of a pandemic and the product was made in Spain so perfectly acceptable in the circumstances. Was well packed and undamaged on arrival. I had virtually no contact with customer services, it wasn't necessary. I ordered what I wanted, received confirmation of the order and notification when it was shipped. I was informed when the package would arrive.

Very pleased with the cover, the colour blends well with my other furnishings. I was given an old chair with some wear on the arms. It looks almost new again. A good fit for the chair.

We have been very impressed with our chesterfield sofa covers. The quality, fit, texture and simplicity are great. We also have 4 active children who like to play on the sofas (despite being told not to) yet the covers are proving to be very durable too.
