Como mascarilla o acondicionador se me queda un poco corto ya que tengo el pelo muy seco y estropeado, pero como producto de acabado una vez secado el cabello me ha encantado. No apelmaza nada y quita el encrespamiento.

Llevo dos semanas utilizando este serum. Noto el tono de la piel más unificado y la textura me encanta, aunque entiendo que tendría que pasar al menos un mes para ver el efecto real sobre las manchas. Tiene un ligero olor a hierbas que no molesta y se va en seguida. En general me gusta mucho y probaré el resto de la gama. La atención al cliente también muy bien, la respuesta de dudas por WhatsApp es muy rápida y el pedido llegó en el tiempo prometido.

Hola isabel, justamente te quería hacer una consulta al respecto de este producto en concreto.
He comprado varios productos y todos me han gustado pero a esta espuma, para mi gusto, le falta algo y no sé si es que no sé usarla.
¿Es normal que cuando aprieto el envase, me sale en forma de espuma pero antes de llegar a la cara para extenderla ya es solo líquido? me explico?
Estaba acostumbrada a espuma que al ponerla en la cara notaba cómo se aplicaba y poco a poco se esfumaba en la cara pero ésta se esfuma antes de llegar a la cara. Gracias. Antes de aplicarla muevo un poco el envase.

Hola Nuria, encantada de resolver tus dudas. La espuma no es dura, es suavecita. Y se convierte en líquida al aplicarla sobre el rostro. Si esto te ocurre en las manos, no es lo normal y podría ser que el aplicador no funcione bien. No es necesario agitar el producto. Si sigues teniendo dudas, hablamos por wasap...
