Repetí compra de producto, porque llevaba usándolo unos meses y me gustaban sus resultados. Ahora ya no consigo los mismos . No sé muy bien la razón, porque supongo que la formulación es la misma.

Hola María del Rocío, muchas gracias por tu comentario. Te confirmo que la formulación es la misma. ¿a qué te refieres conque no consigues los mismos resultados? ¿es porque notas mayor volumen de caída que antes? Si es así, te recomiendo que intentes mantener el champú en contacto con el cuero cabelludo unos minutos más. Si la caída persiste puede que necesites complementar el champú con un tratamiento oral de vitaminas para la caída.

Buenos días Isabel.
Llevo utilizando el tratamiento unos 4 meses, parecía que notaba que las manchas disminuían por la noche pero al día siguiente estaban igual.
Realmente cuando he apreciado que si iban desapareciendo ha sido a los 3 meses.
Tengo que decir que tengo vitíligo desde hace 22 años y no sé si, por este motivo puede ser que tarden más en desaparecer.
En todo caso estoy contenta porque estoy apreciando una mejoría.

Alicia, me alegra mucho oir esto, porque si estás notando mejoría incluso con el verano por el medio, es un gran logro. Los tratamientos antimanchas son así, hay que tener paciencia y utilizarlos durante meses. Como este tratamiento es natural, puedes utilizarlo durante todo el tiempo que quieras. Este verano he usado sólo la crema de ácido kojico y me ha ido muy bien. Entre la protección solar siempre en mi cara y la crema por la noche he tenido mi melasma controlado.

Estamos muy satisfechos con la atención recibida y la rapidez en el envío. El producto era principalmente para mi marido pero también lo estoy usando yo por la caída de cabello que estoy teniendo debido a mi embarazo. Resolvieron todas mis dudas por teléfono de forma muy amable. Todavía es pronto para notar los resultados pero se nota que el producto es natural y de calidad (lo que buscábamos) y elaborado con mucho cariño.
