Compramos este vuelcatortillas porque con el método tradicional de usar un plato, siempre terminaba cayéndose parte del huevo.

El diámetro del vuelcatortillas es 29 cms, algo mayor que un plato llano (25 cms), y al llevar también asa, todo el proceso de volteo se hace más fácil. Pero a pesar de ello, la verdad es que sigue cayéndose parte del huevo porque el vuelcatortillas es muy, muy plano (la altura creo que no llega a 1 cm).

Así que si, para tortillas melosas, mejor buscar otros modelos menos planos y con más altura (los hay incluso de la misma marca).

Tenemos una olla rápida Alza de 4 l, desde hace aprox 20 años. Necesitábamos una más grande (6l), y decidimos apostar por la misma marca, porque nos ha funcionado bien, y sobre todo porque es fácil encontrar repuestos (gomas, válvulas, etc) cuando tras unos años toca hacer mantenimiento.

Tras unas semanas de prueba, el modelo Titan Plus funciona definitivamente mejor que la olla antigua. Se calienta más rápido, hace menos ruido, y la comida queda mejor cocinada. Creo que por 52 euros es una buena inversión. Espero que nos dure tanto como la otra...

La verdad que estoy súper contenta con esta tienda, la competencia no tienen nada que hacer salvo que mejore las condiciones y las iguale, empezando por envíos gratis por compras superiores a un precio razonable (además de rápido) y precios justos por los productos.
Y en cuanto al producto, ¡una olla estupenda!
