El boceto previo rapido y muy acertado.
El envío, pese a escoger la opción mas cara-y de entrega 24. nos tardó muchísimo.
Correos lo entrego tarde, sin avisar por telef. Dejando la nota de entrega en un buzón equivocado..
El resto todo muy bien.

La chapa quedó genial, incluso me avisaron de que me iban a hacer otra más grande para que quedase mejor y me enviaron ambas sin coste adicional de la segunda. Muy majos y atentos.

Todo ha ido perfecto. Atención y envío. Buen precio y todo según lo esperado, lo recomiendo.

Únicamente como apunte, en las tazas personalizadas mini-yo (las cuales recomiendo totalmente), aunque el servicio que hacéis es magnifico, el sistema informático dificulta un poco poder transmitir lo que se quiere. Por ejemplo: ¿cómo indicar qué tipo de letra usar en el mensaje de texto de la taza? Cambiando eso, sería perfecto. Además que creo que se evita que luego tengan que hacer modificaciones y el diseño sea, si cabe, más fiel a lo que se tiene en mente.

Decidí pedir la taza personalizada porque me parecía una idea original. Yo ya iba con las expectativas altas porque había leído los comentarios y en todos ellos mencionaban que había superado lo que esperaban, por lo que a la hora de pedirla, tampoco escatimé en detalles: mande varias fotos y muy detalladas para que hicieran algo similar a lo que yo tenía en mente. Mi sorpresa fue cuando me enviaron el boceto porque pusieron absolutamente todos los detalles que les había mandado. Así que me uno al conjunto de comentarios que dicen que ha superado nuestras expectativas. Muy, muy recomendable. Si no te gusta algo, te lo cambian y te lo envían de nuevo para que des el visto bueno antes de imprimir. Me ha encantado.
