Había comprado varias cosas on line (y pagado) pero luego , la mitad de las prendas que estaban en el pedido no les quedaban stock y me dieron la opción de seleccionar otra prenda o recibir la devolución...Pedí devolución

El tema de la talla lo entendemos perfectamente, a veces ese pequeño ajuste cambia todo y por eso seguimos afinando cada prenda y las referencias.

Sobre el stock, sabemos que genera mucha frustración pagar un pedido y que luego no esté disponible. Estamos trabajando justo en mejorar esa sincronización para que el proceso sea mucho más preciso.

El tema del ajuste entre prendas del conjunto lo tenemos muy en cuenta, porque cuando una parte encaja y la otra no, la experiencia cambia por completo.

Sobre el stock, sabemos que es un punto clave y que genera frustración cuando ya has hecho el pedido. Estamos trabajando precisamente en mejorar ese control para que lo que compras esté realmente disponible.
