Estamos encantados con Modas Kenia .. exceptuando el retraso de horas o día completo en responder al teléfono de wahtsapp.
Se a realizado envío de prendas erróneas a las tallas solicitadas las cuales no coinciden con la factura del albarán del pedido.
(Somos conscientes de la magnitud de un almacén, pero como sugerencia revisar siempre el tallaje antes de realizar la preparación del bulto ya que habeces las prendas de cuelan en los estantes con otras tallas )
Por lo demás muy satisfechos , seguiremos con ustedes.
Estámos a la espera de resolver una incidencia de envío de 18'50 a Tenerife ya que anteriormente realizamos un pago de 3'90.
Aprovechar la ocasión para darles nuestras felicitaciones por vuestra apertura en Carrizal la cual hemos visitado y nos a encantado.
