La respuesta y atención a través de la pagina fue buena y clara. Pero creo que es necesario dar tiempos de entrega mas exactos, aunque no tuve problemas para poder saber fecha de entrega tuve que llamar para saber no dieron una fecha exacta, trabajo como decoradora y para mí es importante tener tiempos para poder dar respuesta a los clientes

1) La página web tiene secciones que no muestran ningún producto como por ejemplo Camas. Si no venden camas no debería haber una sección para ello o al menos deberia mostra un mensaje que diga que en estos momentos no hay productos disponibles. Lo que sucede es que se da click a la seccion y nada pasa. Es un error.
2) También creo que a la página le hace falta que muestren no solamente las fotos de los muebles solos sino también en un ambiente decorado, Eso permite al cliente percibir los colores, medidas, texturas, etc en un ambiente completo.
3) en algunas partes dice que el envio es gratis y cuando uno compra cobran por el mismo. Debe ser coherente
4) muchas de las imagenes publicitarias contienen muebles que ustedes no ofrecen, lo cual es confuso.
