Muy buena experiencia de compra. El producto parece de muy buena calidad y "made in Spain" lo cual se agradece aún más. Se ajusta perfectamente a la descripción y es lo que lo estaba buscando. Hoy en día es difícil ir a una tienda física y encontrar lo que necesitas. Envío muy bien: comprado un jueves noche y el lunes por la mañana en casa.

La alfombra era exactamente como la de la foto y la entrega rapidísima, la pedí un jueves por la noche y la recibí el lunes siguiente. Hablé dos veces con atención al cliente y me parecieron muy atentos y eficientes. Muy contenta con el servicio. La alfombra queda genial!

El servicio fue bueno. Con el producto no estoy muy contenta. Compre un felpudo "covid" y , como tiene una parte humeda para desinfeccion, deja huellas en la casa,ya qe la parte de secado no seca mucho a menos qe te pases un buen rato en ella. Un poco rollo,pero creo qe son todos asi....

¡Hola Rosario! Gracias por su comentario. Sobre la parte secante, hemos colocado el felpudo que creemos que mejor puede funcionar en este caso. Como decía a otro cliente, el felpudo no emite calor como un secador de pelo, con lo que para que elimine toda la humedad, pues hay que frotar bastante bien, como secar el pelo con una toalla. Es posible que quede algo y por eso deje alguna huella.
Por nuestra parte, si hubiera alguna solución mejor, la tendríamos en cuenta para mejorar lo máximo posible nuestro felpudo :-) Muchas gracias. ¡Saludos!

No estoy muy contenta con el felpudo, La parte roja suelta pelo y la parte secante apenas seca. Con lo que al entrar vas dejando las huellas por el suelo.
Lo bueno es que se adhiere muy bien al suelo.

Hola Belén, muchas gracias por su comentario. Tenga en cuenta que los textiles son troquelados de rollos, con lo que en el borde pueden soltar algo de pelo, pero solo al principio.
El resto de superficie está bien anudada a la base.
En cuanto a la parte secante, hemos puesto el felpudo textil que creemos que mejor funciona. A ver, el felpudo textil no es ninguna fuente de calor, tipo secador de pelo, que pueda evaporar el líquido que queda en las suelas, hay que frotar bien para intentar que absorba la mayor cantidad de humedad posible.
Como si al salir de la ducha, nos secáramos los pies con la alfombrilla, puede que si no lo frotamos bien, quede algo de humedad todavía.
Si hubiera alguna solución mejor, la tendríamos en cuenta para mejorar lo máximo posible nuestro felpudo :-) Muchas gracias. ¡Saludos!
