I ordered a bathroom carpet because it is the preferred color and washable, which is another essential thing. However, I made a wrong calculation before ordering, so it covers only half of the bathroom. It was the most enormous size they have, so I will have to order another one to cover the bathroom floor completely. Delivery took only two days, which is perfect and informative management. Thank you, guys!

The order took much longer than promised before it arrived. After the confirmation of order e-mail there was no contact from the company until I started asking for a refund. Then there was a series of broken promises to hold off the refund. When the carpet did eventually arrive, it was excellent and I'm very pleased with it. If they get their customer service sorted out they will be a good company.

It is true that in your case the process took longer than it should have. The factory was late with the production and it took longer than it should have, sorry. We did our best to have your carpet ready as soon as possible. The truth is that in your case it didn't go as well as we would have liked, in the end we managed to deliver the carpet as soon as we could on our part.

El problema es q mi casa la aspira una Roomba y desde q tengo la alfombra la casa está llena de lanilla como si se estuviera deshaciendo; al principio pensé q era algo temporal pero continúa sucediendo. Una lástima porque quería comprar una más grande para el salón. Un saludo

¡Hola María! Las alfombras de lana siempre sueltan una ligera pelusilla al principio de su vida útil. Es totalmente normal. Es debido a que las fibras de la lana no son continuas, y las fibras que son más cortas se desprenden del hilo principal. Por eso se hacen las pelusitas. Pero con el uso, el aspirado o barrido y el paso de las semanas la alfombra cada vez suelta menos hasta que prácticamente ya no suelta. Y la alfombra seguirá como nueva. Esto por ejemplo, en las alfombras de fibras sintéticas no pasa por que los hilos son continuos y no tienen estas hebras. Pero la calidad y confort de una alfombra de lana es superior a la sintética.
Como le digo es algo totalmente normal que ha pasado siempre en las alfombras de lana por su propia composición y características :-)

Muy recomendable. Encargué dos alfombras de cama con una medida especial y materiales naturales, prácticamente inexistentes en el mercado ya, casi todo es sintético. La atención y el envío fueron excelentes.

Me atendieron fenomenal por teléfono, rápidos y resolutivos. Tenia dudas con el color de la alfombra a medida que necesitaba y al día siguiente ya me llegaron unas muestras a mi casa. Muy profesionales y las alfombras preciosas y de buena calidad.
