La Atención ha sido muy buena. El tiempo de entrega demasiado largo, pero me han mantenido informada y lo entiendo. La entrega desde que me avisaron que enviaban el pedido ha tenido una duración normal, pero ni me llamaron, ni me avisaron desde la empresa de mensajería. Ese es el fallo principal.
El producto me gusta mucho, es lo que esperaba.

¡Muchas gracias por su opinión Carmen! En esta ocasión tardamos un poco más de lo normal, disculpe las molestias. En cuanto al transporte, tomamos nota. Es cierto que el servicio no incluye la entrega a una hora en concreto, pero no entendemos del todo que no puedan avisar o decir con un poco de antelación sobre que hora pasarán a entregar el pedido. Si pudiéramos lo entregaríamos nosotros mismos. Disculpe las molestias. Que disfrute su alfombra. ¡Un abrazo!

Muchas gracias por su opinión Carmen. Revisamos el tema del envío. Es cierto que el servicio estandar de entrega es cuando la agencia se planifica su ruta, y sobre avisar antes de entregar, depende del chófer, hay algunos que sí que avisan antes y hay otros que sabemos que no, es una lástima porque creo que les viene bien a ellos también, pero bueno... Si pudiéramos lo entregaríamos nosotros mismos, pero por desgracia por ahora es imposible... Muchas gracias por todo. Que disfrute la alfombra. ¡Un abrazo!

¡Hola Noelia! El tamaño de 33x60 es uno de nuestros tamaños estandar. Elegimos este tamaño porque creíamos que era suficiente para este caso, pero valoramos hacerlo en tamaños más grandes en el futuro. ¡Muchas gracias!

Lo único que cambiaría es la forma en que estaba embalado el felpudo, un simple plástico que todo el mundo podia ver lo que habia dentro.

¡Hola Noelia! Gracias por tu opinión. Intentamos ajustar al máximo el precio del felpudo, por eso nos toca enviarlo con el plástico estandar de envío (que es bastante resistente). Preferimos en algunos casos ser más prácticos. Espero de todos modos que te guste el felpudo y te rías mucho con él. ¡Un abrazo!

Es tal y como aparece en las fotos, queda muy bonita puesta y no marca los pies al pisarla. La única pega es que se necesita poner la red para que no se mueva. Muy buenas calidad.

¡Muchas gracias Jose Luis! Esta alfombra tiene un diseño muy bonito, y si encajan los colores, puede ser una muy buena opción. Depende del tamaño de la alfombra, puede necesitar una red antideslizante, para ayudar a que no se mueva al pisarla o limpiarla con el aspirador. ¡Un abrazo!
